I.U.E.C. Local 79 5103 N. Locust Street in North Little Rock, AR. 72116 will be accepting applications for prospective apprentices beginning on 10/20/2026 @ 09:00 am CST and ending when the 150th application is processed or on 11/18/2026@ 5:00pm EST, whichever occurs first. All applications must be completed by 11/19/2026@ 5 pm CST. Applications are not accepted at the address above. Note: This recruitment covers the Shreveport, Louisiana and it's surrounding areas only, it doesn't cover the Little Rock, AR primary There is a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee required to submit your application. If you have ever accepted a job as an apprentice in the IUEC you may NOT apply to this recruitment. Testing will be scheduled for December 1st or 2nd 2026 and interviews will be scheduled for December 9th and 10th 2026. Please make your plans accordingly to allow participation on your scheduled dates and times. Please make sure to be on time because late arrivals will not be allowed to test or interview. There will be no rescheduling of EIAT test or Interviews. Good luck and safe travels.
